Sweet Angels Wardrobe reserves the right to modify, amend or change the Terms & Conditions at any time and such changes shall be deemed effective immediately when posted on this Website. Hence, you are responsible for periodically reviewing these Terms & Conditions. Any continued use of this site, shall be deemed as your acceptance of the changes made in the Terms & Conditions.


Product Description & Attributes

Products shown on this website are for illustration purposes only and actual colors or measurements may vary slightly. However, we will make our utmost effort to display the items as accurately as possible as the display may vary from computer to computer depending on your monitor’s resolution.


Pricing Information

All prices stated are Nett and priced in Singapore dollars unless otherwise stated.


Availability of Items

Please be awared that the availability of the stocks are stated in the product description, indicating the size and the quantity of ready-stocks. As our products are of limited quantity, thus the availability of the stocks are on a "while stocks last" or "first come first serve basis".


Confirmation of Order

An email acknowledgement will be sent out to the customer upon a successful submission online, advising the lead time, payment method (bank account number) & stock availability. The order acknowledgement shall be notified within 3 working days from the point of submission.


Payment Modes

We accept local bank transfers (POSB/OCBC FAIRPRICE PLUS ) for any amount.

Bank transfer payment is to be made within 3 days upon order confirmation. Kindly provide us with the details of the transaction so as to speed up the packing process. If no payment was received within 3 days, the items would be put back on shelf for others to purchase. However, if special arrangements need to be made, do let us know and we will see what we can do. Lastly, please kindly double check the payment account number before making the bank transfers.

Exchange or Refunds

Upon payment of orders, there will be no cancellation, exchange or refund Hence, please ensure that the item/s you have submitted is of the correct color and size which you desire. As all our goods are checked thoroughly for defects & packed appropriately before the shipment, we do not accept exchange or refunds if the goods are damaged during the process of posting. In the event that postage got lost through normal mail, Sweet Angels Wardrobe will not be liable. However, such event is uncommon. If the address provided is wrong & the postage was returned, the customer shall be liable for the extra charges incurred to resend them.

Hence, kindly double check your address before submitting to minimize the chances of extra costs involved. If the customer received a different item from the one that was ordered, an exchange service will be provided with delivery of the original to the customer's address within 3 days. However, please kindly return the item as it was originally delivered.


Delivery Modes

We offer mainly 2 modes of delivery namely: Postage Mail or Personal-Self Collection.


Postage Mail

Postage mail refers to normal / registered mail.
For local shipments, cost of postage will be borne by the customers.


Personal-Self Collection

Customer are entitle to choose from the designated collection venues stated in our Online Order Form.


Loyalty Discount

Kindly input in our Online Order Form while submiting of orders to indicate if you have shop with us before to be entitled to our Loyalty Discount.
